Yes! All of our Hercules folding marquees are designed with a simple concertina structure.  No assembly required. It is easy to pop up and fold down by 2 people. The fastest time for basic structure set up can be in just 60 seconds!

Hercules folding marquees and event marquees are trusted functional shelters.

The canopy and sidewall of them are made from the best quality imported fabrics and materials. High density polyester fabric with 320g/m2 PVC coating tends to be strong, stretchy, and colorfast. Each marquee is 100% water proof, fire resistant, and has guaranteed UV protection to 50 SPF. It’s A REAL PROTECTIVE shelter designed to withstand most of weather conditions in Australia. You will feel confident that your family or your fellow will be comfortable, safe and proud of it.

If our folding marquees were well anchored down, they could withstand up to 49km/h(Beaufort: 6) wind. Bear in mind, we would not recommend customers leaving their gazebo up in strong winds, otherwise, you need to take a risk of damage effect from the wind.

Our canopies & side walls are made from the best quality imported fabrics. We offer two different types of fabrics for our entire range of plain and custom made marquees, one of which is standard PVC coated polyester and the other is 100% Poly vinyl chloride (PVC).  Polyester is the most common and cost effective fabric used in the gazebo industry, while 100% PVC is a premium fabric which has better performance if your marquees need to be left up under the direct sun for a long period of time.

Every marquee package includes a high quality polyester canopy, 100% PVC fabric is available to upgrade at additional cost.  *Black, White, Blue, Light Grey, Navy, Green, Red, Maroon and Yellow are standard colours, premium colours can be customised at additional costs.

Side walls can be easily attached to the canopy with a 50mm wide Velcro strap on the edge of the canopy.  Every wall has a zip that attaches to each other for a neat finish.

A set of pegs & guy ropes is included in a standard folding marquee package. Your folding marquee must be secured to a fixed structure by using pegs and guy ropes to provide additional stability. This is essential to avoid wind damage.  Further support can be achieved using leg weights, like sandbags and steel leg weights.

Anchoring method will vary on different surfaces.

The parts of our folding marquees are replaceable. We stock a comprehensive list of spare parts at low cost in case of damaged or loss.

A limited manufacturing warranty is on all new products from the date of original purchase that the product will be free from defect in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty may vary by product. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of initial purchase.

To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the “pick up” option instead of entering your delivery details, during the checkout process.

After placing your order, you will be contacted mostly via Email when your order is available to pick-up.

Products may only be picked up from a nearby store upon presentation of valid Australia photographic ID and an order number. Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up the order shows one of the following forms of ID:

• Driver’s licence
• Passport
• 18+ card

Delivery time is dependent on our store’s inventory levels. If an item is in-stock, our team will dispatch the item out to you within 1-3 working days, after your order has been processed. (90% orders placed before 1pm gets same day dispatch, bespoke product excluded.) You will receive notification when your order has been processed and you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched to advise you that the item is on its way.

• Smaller items generally takes 2-3 business days to deliver.
• Larger items going through freight generally take 3-5 business days to deliver.

If the item is out of stock, we may need to transfer the item outside the country. If this is the case, our team will contact you for a solution.
