Important Safety Instruction Summary

1. Take great care in windy conditions and make sure always use tie-down ropes and pegs and sandbags to secure your folding marquee provided to prevent property damage or personal injury. Do not use it in severe weather conditions.

2. Folding marquees are designed as temporary shelters. Do not leave it erected overnight.

3. Take off canopy from the frame after use and store them in a dry place at room temperature then use them again the following day.

4. Allow your folding marquee & accessories to completely dry before packing down and fitting the storage bag, do not store away wet.

5. Your Hercules folding marquee is NOT covered under warranty if damage occurs due to incorrect erection, dismantling, packing and storage.

 

Caring Instruction

Canopy & sides

1. Regular cleaning to the folding marquee’s canopy/side is recommended.

2. Wipe down the surface with fresh cold water after use. To remove marks, hand wash in or use a soft brush with cold water and household mild detergent is recommended. Allow the gazebo to dry thoroughly.

3. Machine-wash and wash in hot water are not recommended.

 

Frame 

1. Regular cleaning to the folding frame is recommended.

2. Use a silicone spray on the frame either after use or in damp conditions. This will ensure your frame operates easily and will maintain a clean look. Be sure to remove any excess spray before attaching the roof.

3. Ensure screws and nuts and bolts of your folding marquee are checked and tightened using an Allen key or screwdriver on regular basis.

WARNING: DO NOT USE SOLVENTS ON ANY PARTS OF THE FOLDING MARQUEE.

 

Storage Instruction

1. Store in a dry place at room temperature is recommended.

2. Always allow the folding marquee to dry completely before packing and stowing.

3. Pack away in damp, dirty or wet condition is not recommended.

4. Avoid excessive pressure and contact with the non-colourfast material.

5. Excessive sunlight exposure is not recommended.

 

NOTE

1. The folding marquee is not designed to be a permanent structure. Do not leave the gazebo unattended in heavy rain. In rain, make sure water does not pond on the canopy; the weight of the water could cause breakage and collapse.

2. Fold up the folding marquee with the canopy still attached is not recommended.
