WARRANTY

Hercules ™ Instant Shelter offers a limited manufacturing warranty on all products from the date of original purchase that the product will be free from defect in material and workmanship. The length of the limited warranty may vary by product. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of the product. Causes of damages include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Incorrect installation
• Item is left up overnight or for a long period of time at night.
• Set up item under the extreme wind conditions.
• Damaged caused by several weather conditions.
• Using item without properly anchored.
• Repack a wet or damp item after use.
• Over cleaning or improper cleaning to the item.
• Canopy is left on the frame when it’s folded.
• Continue to use the item when a fault or minor defect occurs.

We stock a list of spare parts at low cost in case of damaged or loss. The repair or replacement cost is at customer own responsibility, and the cost is vary depend on the damage situation.

• Buyer Information (name, contact, address, item description).
•  Invoice number or receipt copy.
•  Description of the fault/the damage.
•  Photos of the fault/the damage.

Please Note: Do not return item without authorization. And we reserve the right to repair or replace any part which may prove faulty.
