Delivery and Tracking
Deliveries are within Australia only — we do not ship internationally.
Once you place and pay for an order on the Hercules Instant Shelter website, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email. When your items are collected or shipped by courier, you’ll receive a formal tax invoice by email.
Our Delivery Fee Policy
For online orders, delivery cost varies by order. To preview shipping charges, add the items you want to your cart and continue through checkout, filling in your delivery address — the cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Our Delivery Timeframe
We normally dispatch your order from our Brisbane warehouse. Delivery time depends on our warehouse’s stock levels.
Item is In Stock:
If the item is in stock, we dispatch within 1–3 working days after your order is processed, [CONFIRM: AU courier names]. You’ll receive a notification email confirming your order has shipped.
– Metro (capital cities) — orders received before 1pm are dispatched same day; delivery usually [CONFIRM] working days.
– Regional — delivery usually [CONFIRM] working days.
– Remote / rural — an additional delivery fee may apply and delivery may take [CONFIRM] extra days.
Orders on Friday after 1pm
Orders placed after 1pm Friday are processed and dispatched the following Monday.
Holiday Season, Public Holidays and Weekends
Our courier service does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. During peak holiday periods, please allow an extra 2–3 working days. A surcharge applies for weekend delivery requested without our authorisation.
Item is Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock at our Brisbane warehouse but available at another branch, we’ll send it directly from that store at no extra cost — delivery may take a little longer. If it’s out of stock nationally, we’ll contact you with a solution.
Courier Damages or Missing Goods
All of our items are checked before dispatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please MUST notify us with the following information within 24 hours of receiving the items.
- If you can clearly see the package has been damaged before you open it, please DO NOT take receipt of the goods or sign for them. The courier will then return the goods to Hercules Instant Shelter.
- Take a picture or video of the box and the damaged part before you open the package.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving.
- If you can not check within 24 hours, please record all your open parcel processes and attach to the email for claim purposes.
Failure to do so may result in the customer being liable for the goods. We will arrange prompt corrective action and resend your order.
