Services at Hercules Melbourne

In-Store & Online Pick-Ups

You’re welcome to pick up your online orders at our store — just choose “pick up” at checkout. If an item is temporarily out of stock, allow a little extra time for a store transfer. You can also order by phone, email or in person, and we’ll arrange delivery or collection to suit your schedule.

Product Availability

Our Melbourne store keeps the core range in stock for in-store pick-up. If something’s not available during peak season, we can arrange a speedy transfer from our Brisbane main warehouse or Perth store — we’ll keep you posted the whole way.

We Replace & Repair

After-sales support matters — nobody wants to throw away a marquee over one damaged part. That’s why our pop-up marquees are designed with fully replaceable parts: if something breaks, you’ll find replacement parts and canopies in-store, extending your marquee’s life while saving money.

We also offer a reliable repair service for minor damage, so you get even more use out of your marquee without replacing whole sections. Our goal is simple: keep your marquee in top condition for years, and make sure your investment pays off.

Store FAQ

Can I see the marquees before I buy?

Absolutely — that's what our stores are for. We have the range on display so you can check the frames, fabrics and build quality in person, and our team can run through a quick setup demonstration so you know exactly what you're getting.

Can I pick up an online order from the store?

Yes — most online orders can be collected in-store. Just select "pick up" at checkout, and we'll email you when it's ready. Bring a valid photo ID and your order number when you collect.

What if the item I want isn't in stock at my store?

We'll arrange a stock transfer from one of our other stores in Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth. It may take a few extra days, and we'll keep you posted the whole way.

Can I get a custom-printed marquee through the store?

Yes — bring your logo or idea in, and our Brisbane design team will handle the artwork with free 2D and 3D mock-ups before anything goes to print. No setup fees, no minimum order; custom printing typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Do you repair marquees or sell replacement parts?

Both. Our marquees are built with fully replaceable parts — canopies, legs, brackets and connectors are all stocked — and we offer a repair service for minor damage, so one broken part never means buying a whole new setup.

Can I bring in a frame from another brand to check the fit?

Yes — if you're considering our canopies or parts for a non-Hercules frame, bring it in for a fit-test first. Specifications vary between manufacturers, so testing before you buy is the safe way to go.

How do I pay in-store?

Cash and card are both welcome in-store, and we can also provide formal quotes and tax invoices for schools, councils, clubs and business purchases.
